How do you select your coffee, teas /herbs and are they organic? 

Orange Street Storehouse choose suppliers who's value are the same practices as we believe in "quality over quantity". Many of our suppliers and distributors are certified USDA Organic Coffee Handlers, tea processors and use environmentally friendly practices. Many of them also support Fair-Trade, which support farmers locally and developing countries around the world.

What is Fair Trade?

Are your teas & herbs organic?

Some of our teas and herbs are organic. We source our herbs and tea blends from reliable sources who practice natural, organic and environmentally friendly processing.

Are your coffee beans organic?

Orange Street Storehouse choose suppliers who's value are the same practices as we believe in "quality over quantity". Many of our suppliers and distributors are certified USDA Organic Coffee Handlers, and use environmentally friendly practices. Many of our beans are purchased as "organic" but we do not hold a organic certification so we cannot list them as "Organic" coffee. We will list them as "natural coffee".

 

Are your products dairy, nut free or free or any allergens?

We have some teas and coffees which contain nuts and other items, which are processed in the same facility. We practice safety and caution when blending, processing and packaging your orders. Because we do not grow our own items and purchase them from other sources we cannot guarantee that they are free of nuts or any other allergens at this time.

 

Do you have a physical storefront? 

No, we are completely online and offer shipping within the United States. 

Does Orange Street Storehouse offer wholesale pricing or accounts? 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer wholesale pricing. 

 

Does Orange Street storehouse offer gifting services?

Yes, we offer gifting options for most orders for an additional fee. On holidays and special occasions we may add prepackaged gift boxes to your collection. For more information, please email us at info.orangestreet@gmail.com or call 678.506.1045.

 

Does Orange Street Storehouse offer Sponsorship possibilities or give donations?

We actively take part in the communities we serve and are supporters of local causes and charitable organizations. Throughout the year we are participating in events that help better the community and try our best to help make a difference. 

As we are not currently taking requests for sponsorships and/or donations but we will review any request received.

 

Shipping & Orders:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Each order is packaged fresh right before shipping. The initial orders ships within 5-7 business days. After that all reoccurring subscription orders ships within 2-3 business days of the renewal/ anniversary date of the initial order date based on the frequency of your delivery. Please allow ample time for packaging and delivery. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately or as soon as possible of any delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We ship USPS  First Class & USPS Priority Mail with tracking number. You will receive a separate email with all of the details. You will also receive notification once your order has been delivered if you select packaging with tracking.

 

READY 2 SHIP (ONLY): Tea & Coffee

Great coffee blends and teas flavors packaged and ready to ship. 

All coffees are freshly roasted and packaged but not roasted on demand. These coffees are packed to keep freshness for months, so you will still get a great cup of coffee with amazing quality beans. These are coffees packaged from a event, overstocked, discontinuing of the item or seasonal.

Teas are samples, overstocked and/or discontinued or seasonal items.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order for shipping.

 

EXCLUSIVE COFFEE CLUB:

LOST PACKAGE:

In the event that your package is lost or missing in the mail after it is shipped from our warehouse, please contact your postal service and send us an email at ostreet2016@gmail.com. Please send us any details and communication from the postal service so that we can better assist you.

If your package is insured (selected at checkout) lost /stolen packages maybe reissued and reshipped once the claims are filed with the USPS customer service department.

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

Please double check and make sure that the shipping address is correct at the time of ordering and at checkout. If the package is returned and has to be reshipped you will be responsible for the for reshipping cost.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE:

Our products are package and made to order based on your request. Due to COVID and for safety concerns WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE. If you received the incorrect or damaged item from our warehouse, please take a picture of the items/package and reach out via email at ostreet2016@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving your package.

 

Note: You may experience extended lead times due to several impacts of COVID-19. Our team is working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you during these extraordinary times.

Must orders are shipped USPS Mail / USPS Priority Mail. Along with the challenges of the current events, we're seeing delays in our supply chain and shipping companies. We do not have control over the deliveries, so we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you in a timely manner.

 How do I change or cancel my order?

We process and package orders based on the request. Coffees and teas are roasted and packaged fresh on demand. Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address. If there is an error, please reach out to the customer service department at otreet2016@gmail.com within 24 hours of the initial order.
