Organic Bali Blue Moon Coffee
Bali Blue Moon Coffee comes from the Kintamani Highlands region. After a devastating volcanic eruption in 1963 destroyed the surrounding coffee crops, the Indonesian government provided small farmers with new seedlings to replant in their fields.This smooth body, strong chocolatey tones, and hints of syrup and vanilla, we're all glad that they were able to restore this unique coffee!
Brewing Instructions:
For every six ounces of water, it is recommended that you use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee. Using too much coffee is wasteful, and using too little coffee will result in a flat or watered-down brew.
