SHIPPING & DELIVERY:


Each order is packaged fresh right before shipping. The initial orders ships within 5-7 business days. Please allow ample time for packaging and delivery. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately or as soon as possible of any delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We ship USPS  First Class & USPS Priority Mail with tracking number. You will receive a separate email with all of the details. You will also receive notification once your order has been delivered if you select packaging with tracking.

Subscription orders:

Please read ordering & Shipping details below before ordering: 

Orders & Shipping: USPS shipping. All orders are shipped the 3rd week of the month Mon - Fri, but you must (order by the 5th) of each month. If the shipping dates falls on a weekend or holiday the orders will ship the following business day.
Gift: If this order is for a gift to someone please add notes and details to this order, make sure your contact information is current so that we may be able to contact you if we have any questions.
 

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS: ONLY THE ONES LISTED UNDER REOCCURRING BILLING.

The 1st initial order/subscription orders ships within 7-10 business days. After that all reoccurring orders ships within 2-3 business days of the renewal/ anniversary date of the initial order date based on the frequency of your delivery.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the increased volume of shipments experienced by shipping services, as a result of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in expected shipping times. Your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

LOST PACKAGE:

In the event that your package is lost or missing in the mail after it is shipped from our warehouse, please contact your postal service and send us an email at ostreet2016@gmail.com. Please send us any details and communication from the postal service so that we can better assist you.

If your package is insured (selected at checkout) lost /stolen packages PLEASE FILE A claim with the USPS customer service department.

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

Please double check and make sure that the shipping address is correct at the time of ordering and at checkout. If the package is returned and has to be reshipped you will be responsible for the for reshipping cost.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE:

Our products are package and made to order based on your request. Due to COVID and for safety concerns WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE. If you received the incorrect or damaged item from our warehouse, please take a picture of the items/package and reach out via email at ostreet2016@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving your package.
