Ingredients: Organic burdock, organic dandelion root, organic peppermint, organic red clover, and organic ginger.

Steeping instructions: Add 1 - 1.5 tsp tea to 8-10 ounces of spring or distilled hot water, cover and steep for 5-7 minutes. Stir Well! Strain into another glass. Drink within 7 -10 mins. If you are cleansing drink at least 2 cups per day with a healthy eating plan. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Use for a maximum of 2 weeks
