Yellow dock root has long been recognized for its beneficial attributes in traditional herbal therapy, and may be prepared as a syrup, decocted for tea, extracted, or infused in oil for topical application. This root offers cleansing advantages.
Brewing Instructions: Add 1 tsp. to 8 oz. of boiling water. We recommend herbal root teas to be steeped for 5 to 7 minutes in boiling water. For the best flavor, use fresh water whenever possible. And don’t forget to re-steep your tea leaves to get the most out of your leaf! Tea amounts can be adjusted if you need it a little stronger or a bit lighter.
