Ingredients: Lemon balm, lavender, chamomile +mint, rose buds and passion flower.
Steeping instructions: Add 1 - 1.5 tsp tea to 8-10 ounces of spring or distilled hot water, cover and steep for 5 - 7 minutes. Stir Well! Strain into another glass. Drink any time of the day or for a good night sleep within 1 hour before bed. This tea may also be used during the day but be mindful of drinking this tea and driving, may cause sleepiness.
